People of Boston

     Hi guys!
With my passion for photography and fashion, I have always wanted to try to take photos of people around the city in a style kind of like Humans of New York, but I never really got around to actually going out and doing it. However, for one of my photography classes at college, our assignment this week was to emulate another photographer's style of taking photos. With this in mind, I chose the photographer from the famous blog, The Sartorialist, and went around Boston one day and asked people who I thought expressed their sense of style if I could take a photo of them for my assignment! Some were more excited about it than others, but I was surprised that I only got one decline as I was expecting more people to not want their picture taken. I enjoyed the whole process of this because I love meeting new people and a lot of them were friendly and started to have conversations with my friends and I either about the project, if I could send them the pictures of them, or in some cases, about where they were from because they were traveling international. I thought I would share some of the photos that I took and because I enjoyed this experience so much I might continue doing this type of photography in the future! We'll have to see.
